bdtjili Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtjili ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the bdtjili website, game lobby, cashier services, sports betting section, and any other products or features made available through the platform from time to time.

By accessing any page of bdtjili, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

bdtjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English language version shall prevail in all circumstances. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a bdtjili account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing and using bdtjili for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business, or entity in registering or using the account.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bdtjili or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a bdtjili account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are registering with your own accurate personal details and not using false, borrowed, or fictitious identity information.

bdtjili may request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Players who discover that a minor is using or has used their account are required to notify bdtjili support immediately. The account will be suspended and investigated. If it is determined that a minor accessed the account, any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be voided and the deposited funds returned to the account holder following verification of their own identity.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register one account on bdtjili. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date throughout your relationship with bdtjili.

One Account Policy

Maintaining more than one active account on bdtjili — whether in your own name, using a different name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where bdtjili identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances held therein may be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in their entirety.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdtjili will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdtjili support immediately via the live chat facility. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account until you report a suspected breach and the account is secured.

Account Verification (KYC)

bdtjili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering principles. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time during your account lifecycle at our discretion:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport).
• Proof of your current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account displaying your name and number).
• Source of funds documentation where deposit volumes exceed thresholds set by our compliance team.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on bdtjili are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amounts you deposit and withdraw are settled in BDT at the precise value stated at the time of the transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger a compliance review. bdtjili does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which bdtjili accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by bdtjili at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified details on your bdtjili account. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a third-party account under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. bdtjili reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours where a compliance or verification review is in progress.

• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Incomplete KYC verification may result in a withdrawal being held pending document submission.
• bdtjili reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals requested during Bangladesh public holidays may experience minor processing delays.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bdtjili may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible players at bdtjili's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if the requirement is not met within the allowed period.
• bdtjili reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through abuse of promotional systems, or via the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other account or third party.

Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates applicable at bdtjili are as follows, unless superseded by individual promotion terms:

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti): 10% contribution.
• Crash games (e.g., Aviator): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting: Contribution rates vary by market and odds; refer to individual promotion terms.
• Any game listed as excluded in the promotion terms: 0% contribution.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered through the bdtjili game lobby are provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates under the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by the providing studio. bdtjili does not modify game outcomes or RTP values from those certified by the providing studio.

Random Number Generation

All slot games and virtual casino games on bdtjili use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, which ensures that every game outcome is independently random and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the player, or any third party. RNG certifications are held by the respective game providers.

Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event that a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, power failure, mobile network outage, or other technical fault on your end, bdtjili will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, the wager placed on that round will be returned to your account balance as a credit. bdtjili is not liable for losses arising from technical faults on the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports betting markets are offered subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, league, or event, as displayed within the relevant betting section.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that bet.
• bdtjili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error, data feed error, or incorrect market configuration is identified, regardless of whether the market has settled.
• For cricket betting markets (including BPL, T20, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), standard cricket betting rules apply as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the actual outcome of a market has been determined (due to data feed latency) may be voided at bdtjili's sole discretion.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bdtjili, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any identity, whether your own or another person's.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal means.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, game glitches, or mispricings for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be removed from your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to bdtjili or its third-party providers.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at bdtjili support staff or other platform users.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by bdtjili.

bdtjili actively monitors platform activity for indicators of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, the Platform reserves the right to take immediate protective action without prior notice, including the suspension of withdrawal access, the freezing of account balances, and the permanent closure of the account.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bdtjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional systems.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.
• Identification of duplicate account ownership.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdtjili account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, your account will be deactivated. Any verified account balance remaining after settlement of pending bets and bonus cancellation will be returned to your primary registered payment method within the processing timeframe applicable to that method. Please note that voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you hold toward bdtjili.
